Ok question time! I've being goin out on dates with this girl for a couple of weeks now and I've kissed her and all that shit but not been able too seal the deal! I asked her to come to mine tomorow and she said yes, so I was like cool! Then she txt me later saying! Oh I forgot I have to go out with my friend tomorow, but you should come with us! I said ok fine but I'm bringing my friend aswell! How should I play it throughout the night? How do I get her back to mine?

Possibility that the girl bailed because she felt uncomfortable going over to your place. BUT, she's still cool with hanging out. So play it cool and don't be overt with your actions. The last thing you want is for her to feel weird in front of her friends.

She's probably got it set up so that her friends get to judge you (have you met them yet?). SO in that case, being cool with her friends first and foremost will help you on your way. As long as THEY accept you, you are good to go. If you can develop enough rapport with her friends that they are laughing at you etc., then not only do you have some solid DHV (displaying higher value) but you also could have HER chasing you.

I've seen this many a time, where the girl is so intent on trying to get closer to a guy they kind of like that she starts drinking in order to open herself up. Hopefully she isnt sloppy though.

Just be cool, make her friends like you and then when you have a chance here and there, ISOLATE. But make sure you make it back to her friends so it doesnt look like ur vulturing...unless she's already eating your face off or something.

I haven't met any of her friends yet, but she has told me that when her friend came to the resteraunt(we both work in a resteraunt) she pointed me out to the friend and I got the approval! I'm relaxed don't worry, just last time she brought a friend out I ended up kissing both of them, so I hope this friend doesn't know this and isn't out to screw me over!
