You might want to try the hospital cafeterias around your place and sarge the doctors. Many lady doctors also tend to be on the heavy side but a few take care of their figures well.

Nurses though are, well, a totally different story. Many of these girls are hot-- but they don't have lots of money compared with the doctors.

Other than not making the idiotic mistake of trying to split the bill/getting her to pay, you need to display value with these women as opposed to just trying to "trick them" with PUA techniques. BTW, I prefer to just display value to get all girls and find that effective. Social proof is important, being independent is important, and having something to offer is important (doesn't have to be money obviously, think "experiences") For example, are you an excellent cook? Do you play an instrument well? Are you well traveled and have good stories? These are good ways to offset not being in the same circles. I will say though, being successful career wise/being educated/etc. are key to many successful women whereas the hairdresser is going to cut you some slack for not going to college and working for $9 an hour at walmart.
