You are still no way near the seduction phase when getting a number from a stranger you still haven't met.

Don't over think it as a 'phase/stage'.

Your goal after the number is to get her to meet you in a one on one situation (like a bar for a drink)

Then it is up to you and how comfortable she feels to go to a total private area like your bedroom, which is more of a 'seduction phase'

Once you get her number, really don't get your hopes up on it. It's just a phone number, majority of time (especially online) that will be the only thing you get from her.
