I was sitting near this beautiful hb 8 in a bookstore. The girl was busy on her laptop so I was a little hesitant to approach. I was waiting until she was done and looked alittle bored. I even saw her turn down another guy who literally went up to her and just started hitting her up. She pretty much gave him a cold stare and simple one word responses until he left.
What are some ways to get a girls attention in this situation without coming off to strong or creepy?

Get her to stand up & help you with something. If she won't invest that little then she isn't interested anyway.
