It's my first time using pua forums and I'm from Brazil, so.. my english is REALLY BAD. But, here we go..
I was in a relationship for 10 months, and now it's over. But we are still talking, we have the same friends, it's a big deal for her and for now, the only thing I can do to avoid problems with them if i want to pickup another girl is the "online game".

I really do not appreciate it, but there is a girl that for a couple of years I am waiting for the right moment to try something with her. She is 16 years old (I am 19) and as you may expect she uses a lot of social sites and apps, and the online game MUST be used at least at the beggining.

The first time we talked was when talking with a friend of hers, I said something about this girl. I have really high value with her friend and she liked very much the idea and introduced us by creating a SPAM group.

I did a really good job, I think, i used a lot of techniques, didn't show interest, throwed negs, made her curious, and I was rewarded with tons of IDIs. Short and direct talks, waited for like 4 days to chat again... But, as I know, she has really high standards and she is really hard to pickup.. I am pretty sure that I have a high value with her.. But here is:

Two days ago, I texted her, got really good answer.. And I gave her some IOI with a false time restriction, and said that i was going to call her later.. She said: "No.. Text me.. I am shy".. Later.. i texted her.. I will try to translate:

Me: I'M CALLING YOU..
Her: WAIT.. I'M WORKING
Me: YOU'RE KIDDING WITH ME.. (We talked about the fact she did'nt work, earlier)

And that's it.. No more answer.. For the first time, I really feel that I lost value. And I feel that if i begin talking again i will lose even more... It hapenned for almost 2 days ago.. I am just wondering what to do now with this specific girl. She is not going to start the conversation. What to do now? Is she testing me?

If that's how you ended the conversation(like you wrote above, with : you are kidding me) perhaps ASK her a question first and then see if she's answering or not. "Hi. How are you ?"
If you already did that, wait a week and text her again. If she doesn't answer you can move on.

I texted her. This time I kept her curious and everything went well. Maybe I used too much negs, but this is OK... And finally she said she has a boyfriend. Maybe it's a shit test, and I answered: "And I have a hamster" LOL

When she asked about my relationship status I said I have 7 girlfriends, and that I am looking for the 8th. "Let's do this: You'll be at the 4th place, maybe 3th if you're nice". She laughed and then I said I want to hang out with her someday, to look in her eyes while she talks about this "boyfriend". She texted: "I can't.. if he knows i am going to be in trouble" and i answered: "I said I want, not that I am going to do this today." And more laughter.

And that's it. I just don't know if it was a shit test or not.

you're english is pretty good actually.

I dont see any major errors, shit just happens for reasons unknown and it's not productive to over think where you may have went wrong if your fundamentals were sound. As the other poster said just check in with here time to time with funny/flirty texts if she is responsive and maintain your value. Your real problem is scarcity, you are over-thinking this one girl because you dont have enough going on with other prospects. Fill you're pipeline with more woman and you wont be overly concerned about these inevitable and inscrutable situations.
