I got in to PUA about 2 years ago and picked up enough skills to get 4 F closes with 6 months but then went back to uni for the last year. I got onesis with such a amazing girl (still got onesis) but after on and off again for around a year I finish uni and have moved away to a new town Ipswich. It feels like getting hit in the gut every time I see her on facebook or when I go back to that town. So I thought I would join up on a forum for two reasons:
1. Improve my life and become a PUA and hopefully meet new friends. Where to begin?
2. Find out if anyone knows how to get over onesis? I know better than most AFC’s that there is more than 1 girl for everyone but every time I think of her or around her I lose my frame and go back to the needy guy.
Well if you got this far thanks for reading.

Just imagine all of her worst flaws and imperfections instead of all of her perfections and everything you do like of her. If this still doesn't work, get a friend to tell you all the stuff you dont want to hear about her i.e. the things that will make her seem unattractive to you.
