I've read a lot of books, gotten a few numbers, but it's so sporadic. I have 0 confidence problems, I just need structure to learn technique. Additionally, though I'm in great shape now (I'm in the Air Force and been bodybuilding for 5 years), I came from a religious background and used to be fat, so I'm still a virgin and escalation is definitely a sticking point for me.
I was looking over at Loves Systems and they're 3k; it's ridiculous but I would pay it if they're as good as they say. But I have no way of knowing if any of these camps are as good as they say (read a few reviews but who knows really).
