Hi man,

Guess you already did the first step ;) Get a complete style-change. Get contacts if you have glases, sign in at the gym, get a complete different hair cut, shave yourself. Try to make another person out of your looks. This itself will give you so much more confidence which will allow you to approach girls on a attraction level and not on the friendship trail.
