I just watched How i met your mother, and yes, i know it's fictional, but i think Barney is awesome. How do i become this confident?

But, back to the case: He said "You gotta treat all the girls like their already yours, you gotta be that confident with girls". backstory was that ted thought she was a hooker, and treated her like she already was DTF and so on. is this saying true?
if it is, it puts my view on attraction and so on in a whole new light! Excactly how do i treat a girl like she's already mine and be that confident like Barney Stinson is?

I remember that episode and I think it's true what barney said. of course don't call her whore (too many time at least, once a opened a girl calling her whore but I was half drunk and I don't know how or why i made out with her)

two nights ago i was at a pub and i was bored, I open this girl which then turned out to be very boring, so as soon as I lost my interest in her I started to treat her like a real pua would do: I was really confident especially because I didn't have the fear of losing her: if a lose her who cares I don't like this chick. she wanted me badly, but I couldn't make out with her, I didn't feel it right.

so this gave me a lot of confidence with any other girl but the path is still very long and I still need more confidence to be succesful with the hb8/9/10

that's the goal my friend! I'm like you, i've set barney stinson's confidence as a model, and I don't mean in the first seasons because what he does is too ficional. there's one of the episode of the season 9 in which I had the inspiration.

the point, and I've also learned this lesson from barney, is to constantly challenge yourself! do what it scares you, escape from your comfort zone approach girls and get over your anxiety. this is what I'm doing right now instead of reading all the books about pua. I strongly believe that you can take some good guidelines from them, but then you gotta go outside and face your fear

I was really shy just 4 months ago and as soon as I decided to change I started to challenge every part of myself. but I have a lot to do, a lot of confidence to gain.
