I've been on a lot of first dates but they never seem to go any further, it's like my stuck on first dates for life. I don't know what i'm doing wrong there's been some dates which have gone really well as the girl has been laughing and having a good time all night. most of the girls I meet have been online.

I would really like some first date advice like the do's and don't, i'm obviously not making a big enough impression if I never get a second date. should I push for a kiss on the first date if that's the first time were meeting in person.

it's making me really frustrated and i'm not getting any younger.

Any advice would be really appreciated.

You have to get out and approach more, get out of your comfort zone, just do shit don't hold back a lot even if it backfires, who cares you are the alpha you got other options. You can only get better with practice everything else is just make believe!

You want to get better at first dates be more daring while on the date with touching and what ou talk about and date more girls in general!
