newbie question about dating

So I was on my day 2 with this chick that I met a week ago. I fetched her at her condo with a cab. When we were inside the cab I complimented her dress and looks, but after the compliments I was like "wtf am I going to say to her next?" It was a 30 min freakin awkward silence inside the cab.

I had no problems when we got to the place, it went very smooth. I just do not know what to say or what can we talk about while on the way to the venue.

Advice please. thanks.

I don't think you should compliment a girl on her looks in the beginning. Because it may be perceived as not genuine. Besides that, if you say her dress looks nice, she can only respond with 'thanks'. And your conversation ends.

If you choose on using these compliments, be specific and ask "hey, i really like the design of the dress. The pattern in your dress is very original. Where did you get this dress?" Now you give the girl the opportunity to tell about herself (they love this!), and is actually qualifying herself to you :) Besides this, you are really showing interest in her, and not her looks!

Greetings pawl, I've just arrived on this forum and I couldn't miss that you are obviously in awe here.

You just have to get out more and approach, approach, approach. If you got nothing to say just make something up, in the end IT DOESN'T matter what you say, it's only important to say it like an alpha!
