So major game on Saturday night, about a 5 minute one. Great kino - she came for a ride on my motorbike after meeting her at a local hangout (it was her bday). Met up next night for coffee - very chilled. KC'd.

Have been doing some exc text game (escalate and drop),and randomly this morning she sends an essay over text and claims "LJBF - just come out of relationship"

I gave her the response:
"Wow, talk about an escalation :p I think you've taken everything the wrong way. You're pretty cool (neg) and hanging out was nice. But if you're confused and hanging out will confuse you more then that's cool."

Looks like time to distance and really drop the contact on this one.

Any other tips to go along with this one? She's relationship material so that might be clouding my judgement too (not onietis, more of how i'm framing her).

Whenever I get LJBF my answer is somewhere along the lines of "That's nice, but I already have enough friends. Besides, I am very attracted to you and accepting to just be friends would be lying to you and to myself... and that's not who I am...". This is the make it or break it approach. I even fought LJBF once by taking the target in my arms and kissing her passionately right after she told me to just be friends... She went from slapping me to sleeping with me that very same evening... So it's either grab the bull by the horns and fight LJBF, or just accepting the LJBF and pawning her when I go out. You could benefit from being seen around town with a hot girl on your arm every time you go out...

What I learned DOESN'T work when being LJBFed is:

- getting upset and hurt
- trying to logically convince her you should give it a try
- pretending to accept the LJBF while having your secret agenda of turning it into a relationship

LJBF is like quicksands, stay the fuck away from them or you'll never get out...
