So basically a month ago I slept with this girl from uni.

She'd just broken up with her bf like a week ago.

So, how do I sort the x bf out (he already had a chat with me)

It's hard to say. He's probably still in love with his ex. Their break up is probably due to her cheating. Anyways, I personally wouldn't bother with it for a while, I'd let it blow over, because there's bound to be some drama for a while.
