I am currently texting quite often with a girl i met last week, she takes initiative, ask questions and so on. But i have a hard time figuring out if she has a bf/ if she is playing with someone (read: buildup before bf and gf). How should i ask her this?

Bit of advice I have always followed on the boyfriend subject is... if they love their boyfriend they WILL mention them, they will do anything to drop their boyfriend into the conversation. If she does have a boyfriend and she doesnt drop him into the conversation it can usually mean that she is either not in love with him anymore or shes bored of him.

Conversation example:
Me: I tried paintballing a few months ago
Her: Oh my boyfriend tried paintballing with his mates awhile back too

I've gamed a girl who had a boyfriend, I only knew this because I saw it on her facebook, she never mentioned him in any conversations we had over a three month period.
