I've had a lot of landlords over the years but never a landbabe, until I moved 7 months ago.
Since then I've been trying to figure out a way to make a move, but frankly I am at a loss. I thought about rent-negging her and being late with payment, but I think I'll be fined if I do that. Also considered submitting various complaints and having her swing by to find my topless next to a broken shower. Maybe I should start writing naughty messages in the memo section of my rent check?
I need some expert opinions, has anyone attempted this? Help!
