I learned this from my clients. This method is like this:

At the first sight you meet a girl, you let her know that you are playful and you're also on a higher energy than her, you shake hands with her or hug her. You create unexpectations 1. to show that you're playful, lighthearted, you don't take things seriously, 2. to draw her out from her daily/everyday serious thinking mentality/mood/mindset. For example, you stretch out your hand to show that you're going to shake hands with her, when she learns it and stretch out her hand to grab your hand, you retract your hand, maybe she is a little annoyed/pissed and is going to retract her hand, you immediately and quickly stretch out your hand and grab her hand and shake hands forcefully, during the entire process, you always smile to show that you are just playful with her. When you hug her, you can do the same thing, when she is going to hug you or accept your hug, you retract your arms, and before she decides what to do, you hug her warmly.
During the interaction with her, you say words of affection with her and you can suddenly touch her, make her feel scared, but you are always smiling, so she doesn't see that you're threatening. For example, you can suddenly and strongly poke her with your finger, or you suddenly and strongly grab her with your hand, and immediately take away your hand from her body. At the first few times, she will feel scared, but later if she does the same to you, then it works. You just need to escalate this.
If a girl seriously tells you not to do it, you back off, but don't feel sorry, don't think what you have done is wrong. You can still be playful, although you don't touch her.

Also if a girl seriously tells you not to do it, it also means that you go too fast, your pace is much faster than she can accept with comfort. You need to touch her from small.

The points are:
1.You are playful, you're on a higher energy level than her.
2. You start from small.
3. You touch her unexpectedly and quickly her, before she knows you have already taken away your hand or finger from her body.
4. You always smile.
