Ok, guys. First of all, I don't want to make this thread look like I am looking for a single advice. I would like it to be somewhat helpful to all those guys out there. But since I started it, I really am looking for an advice. Or two...

I have my usual places where I sarge, I never actually tried to hit on a bartender, but recently I started doing it, opening them, teasing them and It was just so much fun I can't stop now.
So - I focused on one specific HB, I was drinking with my friends. Making her laugh, teased her and neged her gently over the night. She wasn't the prettiest bartender there, she did not have the best butt, best hair, but for some reason I felt to her more attracted than to others. Why? No idea. (That is why I didn't give her a number.)
So after one night, she felt quite comfortable around me. I've read somewhere that when you hit on bartender, you must consider this to be long term shit. Going there often, make her feel comfortable. Simply just to make sure she won't consider you a stranger. I find this quite clever and logical.

So yesterday I went there again and, of course, she remembered me just well, but she seemed a little shy to approach. There were four other girls serving, but she still went to me. No smile, nothing. I knew my focus had to be on making her feel comfortable. Just to explain - this club is always crowded as fuck. I mean, I have 30 secs, 1 minute top for a conversation.
So she came up to me.
HB: HI,
ME: How you doing, my little star?
HB: *laguhs*
ME: Yup, smile a little. That's better. Gimmie a soda, please.
She gave me a soda and stood nearby eyeing me. I know this girl must be terribly unsocial and shy. So I drew a picture (I read it in some book. No idea what though). Her as a stick figure and wrote "Semi pretty waitress at a (club) and signed it.
As she served some guys I called her by name.
ME: Your beauty inspired me to a higher form of art.
She looked surprised, took the paper and laughed her ass off for like a minute.
HB: Oh my god. That is so adorable. Aaaaaw...

Instantly after that she became very opened. Started asking me what am I doing, with whom I came there and so on. We had a little conversation and then I told her I have to go, because my friends are waiting for me at another club - what actually was true.

Big problems here are:
-terrible noise
-customers
-lack of kino - bar board is pretty thick, I can't touch her without actually leaning over it. Damn..
also I can't deliver any DHV story since she is busy.
God, I love challenge.

What are your workarounds guys? How do you approach bartenders? What are your routines? I tried the stick figure picture again that night in other bar, girl laughed, but did not respond.
Also I am thinking - for the next time. I will tell her that she really inspired me just like last time and I made her a poem.
I am really good at them. Of course it won't be masterpiece to make her feel wanted. I will basically make it short and romantic describing a cute bartender and how we met.
And last verse will be something like that:
"And behind her stood (HB's name)." It sounds good in my native language, don't worry about it
I have to make sure I really stand out.

but the point was that as on any other hot bartender, guys hit on her a lot. I want to make sure I will stand out and just not fall in line. By asking her out after few jokes. Nope...

As long as you don't make a move, you're standing in the line already.The girl is clearly interested in you and wants to find more about you. If you're going to delay the move, some guy might come and steal her and you'll regret the moment you didn't ask her out. Perhaps it would make you seem more comfortable if you ask her out in a creative way of drawing something on a paper? Just do anything because you have to escalate fast.

My friend dated a hot bar tender and he's average looking.after talking to her for a bit and getting along He asked for her number and she rejected him saying she doesn't give her number out to customers. So he jokingly said alright I'm going to come back again and again until you do. She thought he was just another drunk guy not meaning it but he kept going back until she eventually gave it to him. She told us that he had surprised her by keeping his word and liked that he obviously liked her and wasn't just some drunk horny guy. Sounds AFC but seemed to work!

I am such a pussy. Damn! I was there today. She wasn't working, she had fun with her girlfriends and I didn't even bring myself to aproach her. Just... god damn it! Fucking AA.
I am going back tomorrow and I'll cut my balls off If Ill let my fears overcome me again. Im so mad right now at myself....

I just wanted to post an update in case someone wondered what happened. I traveled away and I didn't see the girl for over the month. Today I came to that bar again, since I was in the city and saw her there. She lost like 10 Kg, she changed her hair and man... She became fucking 9. How can a regular girl turn into atractive HB so fast? Amazing though. Big plus. Anyway -

"Oh my god. Did you loose weight? You look amazing!"
"Hahah, thank youuuu. Where were you?"
"I was taking care of my grandmother in another city. She has cancer and I really want to make her feel comfortable. (This is true. I didn"t intend to make it DHV story. I just... I told her. That's it.
"I really missed your smile, girl." I then went to see DJ and chat for a while with him before coming back back to her.
"Give me one soda, please, my little star."
"This one is one me." Guys. In my country this does not happen. I have never seen or heared of anyone that got invited for a drink (or anything) by a bartender.
"Is is because I am so cute? Or 'cause I am so sweet?"
"Because you are so sweet!"
I had so much to tell her, I was just about to ask her number when someone started massaging my back. I turned around and it was a redheaded woman. I do not know any redhead so I made a funny face - Who is she? Bartender started laughing. I was like : Dafuq? I wanted to talk to my target but the back-massaging- girl made me to turn around and the first thing she asked
"Do you have a girlfriend?"
"Uh. Eh... yeah. This is my girlfriend." I winked at a bartender and they introduced to each other when another girl decided that it is the right time to help me out and steped in. (Didn't know her either. We just got introduced sooner that night.)
"I am his girlfriend." Another girl kissed me on a cheek. This was one hell of a mess. But two girls hitting on me while my target knew I was looking only for her attention... Defintely amazing coincidence. I was dancing with the girl that kissed me for a while, got rid of her and got back to my target. She tried to ignore me for a while. I can't help myself, she is so fucking cute and shy. She would just stand by staring at her feet following me around the bar and waiting for me to resume the conversation. I like her.
Long story short (yeah, I know. Not really.) My friends started dragging me out of the bar and I simply had only few seconds.
"I really enjoyed this. It was great to see you."
"It was great to see you too."
"A.. wait. You know what? We should definitely meet up for a coffee."
"Yeah.. we should. I don't know when though." It made me sad. I really wanted her to turn this down. (Crazy, right?) Taking care of my grandma I will never have any chance to meet this girl, also next year I am going on a cruise ship where I will work most probably for a whole year.
"I'll tell you what. When I am back in town. I am comming back here and we will make some nice plan, ok?"
"Sure!"
I don't know if I'll see her again though. No time. Also - why did she get so fucking hot? You know what is the worst, right? Regrets. Nothing is worse than regrets.
I did not sleep for almost 48 hours, I am not correcting this post, maybe tomorrow I will correct all the gr. mistakes I have made.

I like moving my life away from AFC. Finding a new way. It is not only about women and sex. I am meeting a loads of men, getting a lot of job offers. Having your way with people... that is the best skill of all.

Don't tell me you have no time for a 20 minute coffee. Make the time for it, because you never know, you might make her your girlfriend. Bartenders are way too open minded and supportive, that's at least from my own experience. She can make you feel better and from what you said, she's clearly into you. The two girl thing that happened back at the bar boosted your value up big-time.

Don't pussy out, ask for her number and don't make an excuse for it, you are a man. Tell her to give you her number and that's it, simple. If you don't take the risk now, someone else will.

dude no time is a bullshit excuse and I'll tell you why. In my lesser experienced days I fell madly in love with this girl. She was going to ohio to visit some family, except I was told she was moving to ohio. The day she was leaving I tried for the fkn life of me to convince myself I didn't give a shit Couldn't do it. I was at work it was a 45min drive to where she worked I had a really important shipment coming in I had to be there to unload. If I waited I would have missed her. I got in my truck hauled ass like a motherfucker I mean 130km in a posted 40km zone kinda hauling ass. Ran 3 red lights and 2 stop signs got there she was like ---- what are you doing here she was surprised and happy. Then the biggest heartbreak I have ever experienced to date she said her and her bf were going to visit some of her relatives and she woyld see me when she got back. That stung hard, but at least I didn't have the regret of not seeing her before she moved away. Even though the info I got about her moving was wrong. Take a lesson from that and go see this girl pronto!!! Or I fucking garauntee you will regret it!! Look how badly you kicked yourself over a minor fuck up!

Getting dates with bartenders is not really that hard, especially if you go out often and they recognize you.

You have to remember, they're working on most of the great "Go out" nights that are available. And I'm sure they're hit on to a decent extent, but usually they can tell the difference between being persistent and wanting them, and just trying randomly to get any girl.

I've made dates with two bartenders (who I then flaked on, haha, one of whom was quite upset with me), gotten the number of another, nearly fucked one, and flirted with her friend.

Just be friendly, show very clearly that you can get other girls in the club/bar (I remember one situation where I made out on top of another girl on a dais at a dance club, and apparently a door girl saw me - she was always friendlier after that/got her number).

Persistence and telling a girl, "No, I want you." and sticking with that is a great way to get a girl. If you are not easily deterred, it sorta makes the girl go, "What the hell? This isn't just some desperation, this guy actually wants ME" and she's super curious as to what exactly is causing this behavior out of you.

Thanks for your responses guys. You all make sense and I agree. However, I am not using - NO TIME - as an excuse. Taking care of my dying grandmother is an actual issue in this matter and we also live 400 km (248.548477 miles ) from each other now. I will think of this, I will try to make this work somehow but there is no way I will leave my family behind to get laid. It pisses me off, it really does.
I will come out with a way how to divide time into work, taking care of my grandma and dating this girl eventually. I have apx 30 days to come up with a solution and then I'll leave the country. But I will keep your words in my mind. Giving up is and failure. Uneccaptable. I am still sarging in the other city though (just sayin' ).
