Backup:
This is the third date I've gone on with the girl. We always had a lot of fun on our prior dates, but nothing sexual had happened. Third date comes around, we're having a great time (ice skating), then she suggests we make spiked drinks at my house (fun!). So we do...we're listening to music, comparing songs etc...and she's probably 3 spiked drinks in. I'm trying to not get drunk...so I'm not keeping her pace. All of the sudden, I play a song...and she goes quiet. Then...she goes to the bathroom...and is in there for probably 10+ minutes. Comes out...for like...2 minutes...and goes back in.
Now...I didn't hear any throwing up, but I thought maybe crying and then maybe snoring. She's in there for like...30 minutes. I knock...ask her if she needs water..no response. Eventually...I ask again and she responds...eventually comes out and I suggest I bring her home. We chat a little on the car ride but I don't ask any details. The next day, I sent her a quick video link that we'd been chatting about the night before. No response...no word from her at all. It has been 3 days. This is by no means one-itis, but I'm just really curious what you guys think happened, and what I could do to re-engage this girl. Other than this...odd...event, we had a lot of fun together. For those that will ask...we haven't slept together.

I think asking her what's up would have been the best thing to do, but sometimes girls like that are more trouble than they're worth. Most women appreciate shows of concern when something's obviously wrong (and it's always obvious in their opinions...). And if she refuses to tell you because it's something too embarrassing or whatever, then doing something else that's fun to get her mind off of it would have been another option besides offering to take her home.
Might as well try reengaging after a week or so if you're really interested and don't have enough other prospects to keep you busy (i.e. might as well try but don't expect anything). If there's still no response then who knows, maybe she killed herself. j/k

She's probably reminding of something with a past relationship, or someone who died and she remembered it. She probably needs time to herself and I'm sure she'll get back to you soon enough.
