What's the best way to make sure what you say is interesting, to keep her interest and proceed to a meeting?
Like, "I'm doing great, blah blah blah is going on in my life" seems fairly boring.
What else can you do?

Best to avoid long text convos. As you said, get her to a meetup.

Usually if and when a girl reopens with you once having made a move on her then this is a clear sign that she wants something, in which case you need not do much apart from be a cool dude.

One is an ex that is single and has been single for about a month and a half (she actually hit me up the day she became single, but I fucked it up by being too emotionally available and not just fucking her, mixed with going too hard a few days later when she had gotten colder), the other is a girl I met once off of Skout (Chinese girl, from China), but for some reason I seem to have fucked it up. We only were around each other for about 20-30 minutes, and that was like 4 or 5 months ago at least.
