A lot has been said about hoops and the way we should get a HB to fall into ours before we fall into theirs, but i do have trouble identifying them....what are the most common and useful ones for the Alpha man ? and what are the most used and dangerous hoops used bu HBs and how to avoid them ?



Quoting....."An example would be something like 'What do you have going for you more than your looks?' You can also turn this into a statement and say 'I bet there's a lot more to you than meets the eye."...

Hi, some very common hoop examples are;
Call me tomorrow.
Are you gonna buy me a drink?
The morning after sex, "we should go get breakfaaaaaast"
It could be any number of things really, and it will vary based on the woman and her interests and personality but it will always be the basic hoop, of do something for me that shows you care and that i can have security in you, aka, LET ME CONQUER YOU.

This is not a catch all but you can usually do well for yourself by staying confident, not letting her have her way, letting her get disappointed, but not ignoring her so much she feels as if you've lost interest completely, so say something like, i don't feel like breakfast right now but maybe you could do a little dance for me, and she'll probably shrug it off and laugh, or whatever her hard to get routine may be. Then in an hour or so say, Okay.. I feel ready for some breakfast. Are you coming with me? Hope this helps.

I think all of this pua talk is a bit confusing bro. I never followed it and I never had to..
