Ok now i know the title made me out to be a depressing guy with no friends and no confidence with my self but in fact it's the opposite. I'm a happy guy with a circle good friends. I don't have a car, no job, freshman in college which is the only place i've been able to use my new game. but i idk what else to do on weekends and stuff i'm not in school and i could call up my friends but i feel bad about them giving me rides and i don't always have gas money what should i do... i want to be able and go out and do somehthing anything would be appreciated.

You're in college and don't know what to do on weekends? Go to some parties, call up some friends to hangout, see what's going on or around campus? What do you like to do? Don't feel bad for friends giving you rides, if they're really your friends they want you to be there fuck gas money. I don't pay my friends to take me places with them. Just go meet some new people in classes and join them on weekends. I don't know if you're in a community college or something, but there is usually always some shit going down at college.

Seriously, though. I agree that gas money is not an issue. I was one of the first on my social circle to get a car and always refused gas money. I was transporting my friends so we could have fun together, not running a taxi service.

If you really think that is an issue, treat the desease, not the symptom. You don't have a job. Fine. Plenty of opportunities for go-getters. Some of my favourite ways to get quick cash when I was in college:

Tutoring. Post some ads on local high schools and rich folks will pay you to help their dumb kids study. You may even hook up with some hot (legal) teens who want to hang with an older college guy.

Buying and selling stuff. If you don't have storage space, focus on small, high value items. The police is constantly auctioning lost stuff that was never claimed. For exemple, you can buy a bag with 6 medium range cell phones for €70 or €90. Buy cords, download and print the user manuals and you can sell them for €40 to €50 each. If you have storage space (garage, basement, etc.) you can buy storage units, like on those History and Discovery Channel shows. Or better yet, entire house contents. Sometimes some old guy dies, the family has to give the house to the landlord until the end of the month and will pretty much give the stuff away, since the other option was carrying it to the dumpster and gaining nothing.

I did the used crap sales throughout college and it payed for my first BMW. Used, obviously. It's not THAT lucrative.

I'm curious where you post those tutoring ads and how many people you actually tutored.

About tutoring, I did not tutor anyone, teacher was about the last job I want to have, I simply don't have the patience. As I said, I was a used goods salesman. But several of my college friends did that. You basically pick high school subjects that have to do with your degree. If you are in literature: anything related to that. If you are in international relations: history, citizenship, politics or philosophy. If you are in something "sciency": phisics, chemestry, math... and so on.

Write an ad like this, but adapted to your case:

College studant in International Relations tutors high school studants on History, Citizenship, Politics and Philosophy.

Then post it on popular ad websites. Also, print a few and glue them on bus stops or street lamps near schools in your area. Also, speak to the people at this schools, sometimes they have message boards for people to pin ads like this.
