so this past weekend i met up with an old friend from 5-7th grade. he told me how much i changed and stuff (i used to be the super nice nerdy kid that was really weird but friends with everybody) i used to have horrible fashion sense and couldn't talk to girls to save my life (i had a gf but she just been my friend since preschool)
but when we met up i looked completely different, i had a GQ style, lost weight, and a crazy smooth charisma. we saw some girls and he went over to talk to one and i talked to the other, i used some tips i got off here and both girls wanted me and i even got a kiss close, and i was arrogant about it to them and they just ate it up
so then after ig to both of there numbers my friend said i've change and that i need to be myself and not this new person i just want to be. and for some reason i let it get to me
so my question is, if a nerdy person gets tired of being the outcast and wants to change into the person he's always wanted to be is he still being himself or has he changed? and if he has changed is it the same as a fat person getting buff or something because in every movie when the nerd gets fame and becomes the person he wants to be they call him fake or say he's not being himself and goes back to being a nerd?............am i fake for wanting to be a PUA and learning how to become one?
i know its a stupid question but yall prbably realized by now i always ask stupid questions lol
If you are being an arrogant asshole to your friend that is one reason he may want you not to have changed, but if that is not the case, he is 100% wrong. I was a huge dork until college and I changed. Best thing I ever did. No point being yourself if yourself sucks. Change it.
