Hey guys I know my posts are getting tiresome, but. Need some more help with this.
I sent a curiosity building text leading into a joke we have. Here's the convo.
Me: its been a pretty sad day.
Her: same with me. Why was it for you?
Me: another one of my relatives from kenya died. (I get those scan emails all the time)
Me: everything ok with you?
Her: not really
Me: what happened?
Her: stupid family problems
Me that sucks I know what you mean though hopefully it works out. (I know this is a convo I don't wanna get too deep into so I tried to end it here)
Her: its not going too

I don't know what to do I asked her out of being a decent person, but I'm flirting with the friendzone with this convo. As always any advice is appreciated thanks!!

So how far _have_ you gotten with her? Where do you stand at this moment? What do you want to get out of it all? Are you trying to hit that or what? I wouldn't come off as a sad-sack unless you want to gain her confidence or she's slow to move on or what. Be the Man.

The whole sad day thing was meant to be a joke that we have, but instead it opened a can.
Here's an update not much to it, but I'm stuck.

Me: ohh. I'm sure it'll work out even if it doesn't seem like it right now.
Her: sure we can believe that.

She's clearly upset I don't know how involved I wanna get in this. I was trying to say something kinda neutral, but still get a cheer up point across.

she seems like a miserable bitch. Is that too harsh? Personally this kind of shit turns me off especially when just meeting her. If she's gonna dump her problems on you now then your worst nightmare is actually building a relationship with her. There's plenty of drop-dead beautiful women with amazing positive attitudes to waste time on this kind of shit. You deserve better!

I know what you're saying its a turn off for me too, but I don't think she deserves to be wrote off yet. She could have just had a bad day I know I've said some dumb shit when I've been pissed off, but with that being said I'm not gonna let someone bring me down if this is a constant on going thing then I'm gone. the thing about the friendzone is guys will talk her problems out......BUT you could be that guy that make her forget about her problems,

if yall are on the level where yall can meet then do it, if she's having a bad day go over there (with no gifts) and just hug her look her in her eyes and and make a TOTALLY off subject jokes, (trust me ive tried this many times and the sudden change of moods just makes her whole day brighten up) but i has to be a joke that can start a convo

if yall are not on that level then just say "i promise it'll be ok, look foward to the weekend, itll be perfect you know why?" again if yall on that level you can ask her out then, if not you could say something stupid........

i hate convos like this becasue i been put into the friendzone alot by helping, but i learned my lesson...i hope it works out for you whatever you decide to do

If that's the case I would just text her back in a day or 2 and try to get the positive side out of her. By all means though don't become her therapist.

thanks guys appreciate the advice! What I'm thinking I know this would have been better if I could have done it tonight , but I couldn't. I'll text her tmrw something high energy/exciting rather than hey how's your day going. Then out of the blue I'll say make sure you're ready by 8. She loves frazen yougurt there's an awesome place close by I'll take her there. From there who knows.
