How would you open while sitting in a parked car?

I was sitting in my parked car today in a parking lot with the window down. I saw a couple chances but never opened. First was a girl walking toward the car and past my side. I could have yelled or said somethng to her.
Another was a girl pulled alongside me to park got out of her car and walked off.
Question is what could I have said in these situations to open, and get the girl to stop, and talk a bit.
What would you have done in this situation?
My guess would be to talk about 5 minutes then go for a number.
Anyone ever pick up a girl like this?
