to which i reply "everything is fine (insert pet name) "

and then smiley faces each

but what's that mean?

she also ended yesterdays conversation via text with "ti voglio benne" (she is italian) it translates roughly to i love you, but more for family and friends rather than romances

just my opinion, but it sounds to me like she liked you and her feelings kept getting stronger, and now that you've hooked up she is fully attached and trying to take things to the relationship stage, and she hopes you feel the same way. Just my opinion though.
