OP, you just got one hell of a bad advice. It's makes me cringe. Hence, I'll give you a no bullshit advice.

First, you make the girl horny. When a girl is horny for you, she will do nice things for you. Let her. Don't stop her. Encourage girls being generous to you.

Second, you escalate your compliance test from something small into things or actions that get bigger and bigger. A girl who keeps on investing in you becomes more emotionally connected with you. It's not the other way around.

Just to make things clear, if you want to sustain these relationships you're going to have to do something nice for the girl... eventually. You don't want to forget your basic humanity.

You can for instance look up the term BHRR (Bait, Hook, Reel, Release). However, you can't think in such technical terms while you are out in the field.
