I work with this girl for about a year now. Had sex multiple times in the past but I would kind of blow her off. We'd still talk but didn't really hang out much... Until recently (about 6 months later) I've started to grow a deeper attraction towards her. We started hanging out more, sex a couple of times, text every couple days, etc.

Naturally liking someone you want to do things for them, so at work, I started helping her out more. (she is kind of the newbie and girls at work kind of talk bad about her and down at her) I've stuck up for her, do some of her work - with no intentions but just because I want to be nice and help her out... and I feel kinda bad because she gets treated like shit. Well now since I've taking a liking and people at work can see that I care they are nicer to her, and kind of accepted her.

Here is where the problem starts:
Aside from taking advantage of me being nice to her at work (basically taking things i do for her for granted-no thanks etc). I've noticed she is more standoffish now. Not completely cold. She'll text me etc. but I asked her to come over the other night and she didn't even respond to my text. Asked this past weekend if she wanted to hang said she had busy with friend. Getting that "feeling". Is she mistaken my kindness for weakness. Am I appearing to needy?

How do I get back?!

Freeze out. Let her overhear you talk to someone else about the girls you talk to and the fun you are having. A lot of DHV and let make her feel like she is now losing you. If she likes you, she will work for it.
