Why is a natural a natural?

Lots of experience? Not necessarily.
Good looks? Nope not that either.

A natural is a natural because he is RELAXED and he runs on INSTINCT.

So if you learn relaxation techniques you will become a natural. The key is to practice these techniques during the day to get good at them, and keep practicing WHILE talking to girls. AND IT FUCKING WORKS.

Look up mindfulness exercises and other relaxation techniques. Practice what they say, and you will be a natural within a week. Not kidding.

Instinct comes from tough of experience, relaxation is one of many, any good links to relaxation techniques. I notice many gurus advocating meditation(which is a form of relaxation).

Don't have any links you'd have to Google it.

I've tried mindfulness a few times (it takes a day or two of solid practice to really get into it) and it is better than anything i learnt from PUA. By day two you are soooo relaxed and natural that chicks interpret it is uber-confidence. You dont even need "game" techniques because they will chase YOU.

As for the instinct thing yes experience is a part of it but I've seen 12 year olds with better game than some so called PUA's. If you run on pure instinct you will naturally build comfort, escalate etc.

What am I supposed to feel? I've only done LEGIT meditation twice, but I dont see the point of doing it. Whatever calm effects dont last, and it doesnt give you any inspiring ideas (since youre supposed to empty your mind and focus on breathing)

I'm missing something?

Meditation is where you sit like Buddha blah blah, but mindfulness is learning to "meditate" 24/7 while going through your everyday life.

First you learn a series of simple exercises, then you practice them during the day, and you can practice them while doing literally anything. I go to work i practice while driving, while walking in the front door, while talking to people etc. And the only thing people will notice is that you are a really relaxed confident guy.

Google some exercises. If you practice these for 1 minute out of every 5 you'll notice results within hours, the key is practice and after a few days it'll start to become a default setting. I practice WHILE talking to girls and the results are truly amazing.

Everyone I know who's tried it swears by it, but you have to persist for at least a few hours to understand why. The only people that say it doesnt work are people who've never given it a proper chance.

You can be master of relaxation and meditation and NO GET LAID. References experiences(field experience) is where is at, instinct develop with references experiences. You can be as relax as possible and never approach. I am not the relax type either, i am the crazy/hyper type/high energy/busting balls. My brother on the other hand is the calm/relax type, they both work.

Meditation? Eh. I doubt it substantially improves your game unless you have serious stress issues. Being relaxed, as skills said, is hardly a necessity. I'm high energy and I get girls. Being a ball of stress/spaz might be a problem, but I mean, you can take just about everything to an extreme where it becomes bad.

There's different levels of relaxed, the ultimate level is where you are purely running on instinct, and if you get there and see a hot girl you will be talking to her before you even realize it. It's kind of like being drunk, but not.

As for the stress thing 95% of people would benefit, even if you think you're not stressed there is almost always a layer there somewhere. Any kind of AA, self doubt or outcome dependance of any kind is fundamentally a form of stress.

If you havent tried it then you just dont get it honestly. It gives you the confidence of being blind drunk while having the judgment of sobriety.
