Hi, I see that my weights are ready but quick question. Me and my friend were out running yesterday and she told me men are more self conscious at the gym than women, what do you think?

No matter what she says try to Neg her choice of workout outfit or make up or something. Of course this will depend a little of what kind of gym you're at and what kind of persons train there. And ofc, never bother her in the middle of a set.


So as I told you, I'm new to this so keep that in mind

Going indirect is ridiculous here. Shes already feeling exposed and self conscious since shes in the middle of working out. Not to mention almost everyone would be rather doing something else than working out if they weren't committed. Do you really think youll get any points for being that one guy out of all the sweaty guys in the place with the nerve to hit on her. With some lame "lemme opinion..." It sounds bad, but its really common sense.

Dont game inside of a gym. Game her as normal once youre both done and heading out, but youre shooting yourself in the foot unless you yourself are the most gorgeous man shes ever seen (and chances are youre not) Dont give her a free excuse to auto pilot reject you. Use your head.
