No. You're thinking too much into behavioural science without fully grasping what it is. Just because you do something once doesn't mean you're telling her you'll do it over and over. She isn't conditioning you. She would be if she was rewarding you for something she deemed was good behaviour over a long period of time. This just seems like she literally wanted you to spend the night with her or just fuck her. From the sounds of things she actually might like you and want something more to come of it.
