This is by far the hardest thing to do, this is where it has to come from within. Find a motivation. Whatever it may be that really push you to be consistent.
If that means having a "diet" buddy or whatever do it.
It's so easy to be "easy" on ourselves that sometimes having someone there on the same boat really helps.
