I'm sure a lot of you guys, especially ones who are great at dancefloor game, can relate to that. Every so often you dance with a girl and she lets you do pretty much anything to her as long as it's pleasurable and from behind. She may even let you kiss her.

And yet, that same girl would absolutely refuse to allow you to turn her around. This includes girls that come up to me and initiate the dancing.

From my experience, the responses range from being physically very strongly planted on their feet (I remember one girl who was like that and when I said I want to see you, she did allow me to turn her around and place my hands around her neck but did not give me any eye contact), to saying that she doesn't do "face to face" to immediately freaking out at a hint of the motion.

I have several theories about this that I would want your input on:

1. They are afraid that the guy she is dancing with will try to kiss them or touch their breasts.
2. They are afraid that the guy they are dancing with will be creepy if they haven't gotten a good look at him yet.
3. They dance with so many guys that the only way for them to do that is to block them all out (especially one that aren't very good) and concentrate on the dancing, turning the whole thing into a blur. This may not be true for all of them.
4. They are shy and afraid that the guy will not like them as much if they see each other face to face.
5. They are afraid of falling for the guy they are dancing with.

These are my current thoughts on the matter. What do you guys think?

Also, what are some good ways to fight through this and actually show these girls that they could have a better time dancing face to face.

Personally, I just go in face-to-face from the start. If she rejects, I next her.
All guys start from behind, this freaks girls out and makes them feel insecure.

I prefer to start from the front as well, never mind the fact that some will immediately turn around and start grinding anyway. All girls are different. As a rule I don't approach girls from behind and will not put my hands on their hips even if they are 6 inches away unless they bump into me and are someone I am interested it. Even then I try to do this at an angle. From there it usually progresses well.

This isn't about that.

The real point of my question is how to get those others girls out of their frame and into my line of sight.
I am actually beginning to see this as a shit test of sorts. Breaking off contact with the girl seems like an obvious solution I just don't know if there's more than can be done.

If she does not let you turn her around she may not be interested...

That is an understandable comment, however, that doesn't seem to be the case. For one thing, I observe them do the same thing to other guys. Secondly, my dance game is so tight I had women line up just to dance with me.

Maybe this is a moot point. Today, I made out with an HB8 who said I was crazy and continued kissing me on the dance floor in front of her friends.

Why give it too much care then? You won't be able to get ALL the girls on the dance floor to dirty dance with you...just next her if she's not interested. Don't waste your time on worthless effort. That's just my opinion though.

I actually don't go for that either. I sometimes go for slow dances with older women with minimal contact. I genuinely like to dance. My interest is purely from the shit-test/lmr angle.

lol! it is so tight that they don't turn around, come on dude! I never had a girl that is interested no turn around.

This is either a local and isolated (as in, 3 girls out of 60) thing or you simply don't follow what I am saying. If the girl is not interested then why would she put her hands back and embrace me, let me play with her hair, etc?

As I said, earlier, this may be a moot point. It happens very rarely and doesn't make much of a difference.

Well, yes i never had that really happened that i can remember, the only thing i can think of is your process of making them face you, maybe you are doing something uncalibrated to trigger that, but is speculation it is very unusual.

One more thing, if she does not let you escalate(progression during the escalation), it is better to cut the interaction and move on to another girl.

Deepen your voice, talk loud cause of the music, stand upright, and say this

"Wassup Gorgous. When are we going to dance?"

Your rejection rate dramatically will drop.

flexbrah, you are more than welcome to give bad advise, and that is fine, the op can take your advise which in my opinion and experience is horrible... And can go out there and field test or he can take my advise like other people in the forum have and field test. Now, if i were the op i would not take the advise of a guy that has a post like this(exhibit at the end), if you are gonna open in the dancefloor the best is to open none verbally, he can take my advise and try it, or open with your "ridiculous opener" and openers don't matter, but when women are dancing going in verbally is a horrible idea, but you with post like this would not know:
