I am 20 years old and an AFC. My main problem is that I have always been extremely shy and awkward. I am not a virgin, i am good looking and get lucky every now and then but i feel like i could do a lot better. I am doing this to get over my shyness and become better not only with women but in life in general. Please let me know it you guys have any tips for how to overcome shyness!

Also let me know if you live in the Reno area, I am in need of someone to sarge with.
