I was talking to a girl for around a month and things went south. Mainly my fault by being in a weird spot and being flakey, unavailable etc. Anyway I live in a small town so we are bound to run into each other and see each others friends. Recently I have seen her friends a few times out as well as her sister all of whom I know pretty well. When I have seen them out they have all been super cold, dirty looks, not saying hello etc. I thought the girl whom I was talking to parted on good terms, but I could be wrong? Anyone have any experience with this and how to deal with it? Should I continue to be a nice guy saying hi or just ignore them and act like I don't know them?

The best reaction is no reaction at all. Just keep your cool. Act as if it never happened. Those girls are trying to set the frame to their reality- they're pissed off and you act accordingly. If you don't react at all and just act as if nothing has or is happening then the frame is yours. Best example I can think of is to watch this vid:

Every one around this blue umbrella is down or upset, and that does not affect him. But instead since he keeps his frame and keeps his cool, he makes others around him happy too (law of state transfer) and winds up fucking some other umbrella.

In another post I found on here, this guy went through a similar problem, but in the beginning he gives the bitch the same dirty look; teases her; then holds his smile/frame:

"i went to the shop again and purposely pay at the counter where that bitch is standing..and while i am paying for my things,i gave a obviously same look as she gave me and looked away from her..after a couple of seconds she asked me why i am looking at her like that...then i replied " sorry miss..do i know you"..lol..then she shocked for a sec and replied "ohh..ok..so its like that"..i keep smiling at her.Then i asked her with a bright smiling face as nothing happened " So you just got in"..she replied with a tiny smile " i dont wanna answer you"..then me " looks like u are angry,why?"..and she again with smile.." i dont wanna answer that"..me :"yea i can understand "...till the end of the conversation i maintain charismatic smile and my soul sucking eye contact.lol..and she was also smiling as feeling shy(wow that bitch looks attractive now)..while taking my items i gave a bright smile..and she respond very well for that...and i am off..and while today i am crossing by her shop she smiling at me like a 1000 volt bulb.hahaha.no magic just logic...Thanks you guys.."
