A girl I met said to me right on the start: "You look like one who gets straight A's", with sort of hidden contempt, like "you look like a boring geek\nice guy". And then she turned to other people who were with us and didn't notice me again.
I had no idea what to say. I couldn't deny it, because (A) It's a compliment, and I'd look stupid trying to contradict her, and (B) It's true, and the other people knew it.
Can you help me come up with a good response?
I thought maybe saying something about her being shallow and believe in stereotypes, but I don't think negativity will do good here...
Any help?
she: you look like a boring geek?
you: whatever turns you on baby!
