I am taking the H & R Block tax course. This MILF in the class approached me and asked if I would be interested in doing the homework together. I accepted. Don't know weather he likes me or if it is that I am the one answering all the questions in class or both. What do you think?

YES there is interest.

Would you ever ask a girl to do homework together without some kind of ulterior motive? Probably not.

A girl will not pick a guy in the class to do homework with, without having some kind of interest/attraction. So take it in stride and get your flirt on. Considering she's been this proactive, its only a matter of a few "sessions" until you can start moistening your beak.

If you end up doing all the work (without sex), then you can assume she's using you. Otherwise, go with it man.

She may just want a free tutor as you seem to be the class smartie, you really dont know. I would agree to meet with her then tes the waters, if she isn't responsive to your advances, give her a lot of bad tax advice then leave.

You're already doing what every girl hates when a guy does.... over reads into a situation.

"OMG! SHE GAVE ME HER PHONE NUMBER! DOES THAT MEAN SHE LIKES ME?!"

Don't do that. Be cool. Hang out with her, do some home work, say you are going to fix her bed frame for her, see what's up. Like said... Test the waters. Don't over think it. She really might just want to do homework... but you won't know FOR SURE unless you try.

Update: at the end of class today she said she would call if she needed more help. I said "please do" and she touched my arm with a giggle.
