People mentioning power and status, we are talking about a very very small number of men. Status means being the quarterback of a football team of the college you go to, most men will not even get a chance to achieve that status. Now as for looks, I was pointing out that you can go to the gym and get a nicer body and also acquire a nicer style. For most guys, this will do the trick and make them better looking than average since the average guy doesn't lift or goes to the gym that often.

Now say some people have other genetic setbacks like a big nose (which can be frustrating to deal with) or a weak jawline, there are thousands of surgeries done on these things every year so obviously that too can be fixed. I was point out on how PUA material says "of course you might not be a good looking guy and get as much as a good looking guy", why not force men to push themselves to the limit in terms of looks.

Haircut
Tan
hitting the gym
eating right
etc.
