Alright so there is a girl i see many times after i come back from school to home. I meet her during the same time on the same place.

She gave me tons of IOI's ranging from shy smiles, staring and nervous gestures when i'm around. In fact previous week i met her and she gave one HUGE smile to me and kept it....but i stared back without a smile because i was kinda stunned by her big smile. And i think i screwed up at that point

Now today i met her again but she gave me a cold smile, you know which one. So i guess i hurt her by not smiling back when she gave that huge smile last week huh.

So what i'm asking here is there a chance she still has some possible interest and hope. How would you deal with this situation, should i just ignore her cold smile and just approach her like any girl.

note: based on all encounters with her, she is clearly a shy and insecure girl.

How would you deal with this?

Don't overthink it. A lot of guys make the mistake of over-analyzing, hence, analysis-paralysis. Act normal, fun, and positive. You'll realize that that these traits are contagious. Have you ever been down and you hang out with somebody who was just a true Joie de vivre, it made you absorb that as well and forget everything else misery in your life? Since she is a shy, insecure girl, also make her comfortable around you. Just as positivity is contagious and make other people positive, it appears her negativity is affecting you and making you negative to see the bad side of things. Instead be the positivity that makes her positive.
