When to use a situational opener? When to use a non sequitur opener? Why should we use non sequitur openers rather than situational openers? The openers I know so far are the fighting girl opener, the jealous girlfriend opener, the tattoo teenager opener, the man and woman lie opener, "do you know why you sucks" opener.

Doesn't the opener "Is kissing cheating" telegraph your sexual interest?

I use situational 100% of the time these days, even its totally stupid, i just say the first thing that comes to my head. For example I opened two HB9's at a dance club with "I'm gonna bring back the leg kick" and started dribbling on about old dance moves. Worked too got their attention and they were smiling.

I opened the girl at the door stamping my arm with "what is the best way to get these off" and then just dribbled about how stamps always take 3 washs to get out n shit.

The thing i like about situational is the fun, if I'm having fun then they will pick up on it and smile. I have more success with "bad" situational openers than "good" canned openers.

if a girl is open to talking with you after something comes out of your mouth, the opener was a success

If it is on the street, use a situational opener first, then, without a noticeable pause, quickly switch to a non-sequitur(canned) openers. Be confident, don't ask her permit, stack several non-sequitur openers in a row. Don't give her a chance to shut you up.
