Anyone got any strategies to reconnect with people they used to know?

At high school, I was a very shy, insecure beta male. I was friendly with lots of people and well liked, but never considered attractive.

Now I am the complete opposite thanks to the PUA community, and consider myself an attractive man.

I recently moved back home, after finishing university, and where I live, the chance to meet new girls.

I had the idea though, of reconnecting with people I used to go to school with via facebook and then arranging a meet. You know the 'oh wow, you've changed so much since leaving high school' thing.

I'm struggling with opening them on facebook though. What sort of pretence can I use to start talking to them, where I can then transition to a proper conversation with the aim of setting a meet up?

Any bars in the local area? I'm sure you'll run into a couple of the old guys from highschool and they can have a chance to "see" the "new guy" without having to speculate.

Randomly hitting girls up on facebook is hit or miss. If you actually "used" to know them", restarting a conversation should be easy as pie. A simple "Hey, where've you been? " should do. A guy with "social skills/game" can turn any conversation into one that leads to "meeting". So if you're this new alpha; this will be a breeze for you bud.

Trust me, reconnecting is one of the easiest ways to get along with people. They already know you from since you were young and wouldn't bother seeing you at all.

Just strike up a conversation of how it's been a long time since you last saw them and that you guys should do something really soon, maybe next week to update each other.
