No, you are not fine. I went from being a totally socially awkward weirdo until 18 to who I am now but when I finally had the opportunity to kiss a girl I jumped at the chance. The fact you cannot comprehend a girl could possibly like you is a serious self esteem issue. If you were talking about sex it would be one thing, but this is a kiss. Same case as TheFury, when I had the first chance to kiss a girl, she actually approached but I jumped at the opportunity like a fucking dog.

We are not talking sex here...just get your lips close to her and a soft kiss. Maybe add a suck or two just because it's the first time. One thing I advise is not to use your tongue like a creep. If you want to use tongue, keep sucking and kissing for at least 20 seconds until shit gets intense.
