Need help learning how to start and keep great conversations. There are those few that I can talk non stop with for a long time, but a lot of the time I just don't have that..?

Also, I'm bad at story telling. if that helps.

Conversational topic generation / keeping it flowing smoothly (but keeping purpose in mind?)
This is my biggest problem I think, along with Kino.



Can't really get the kino flowing naturally - I feel awkward when I d it and I think that shows. How often is appropriate, when/ how?

Any and all WORKING advice is appreciated.
