1.) Options- basic supply and demand here. Why would you get stuck on one HB10 if you have 5 or 10 others.

2.) Valuing Yourself- If you are the one women are chasing then why would you be worried about a woman. However, this takes patience and self-control.

3.) Hobbies- by having a hobby you are genuinely interested in it takes your mind off a girl.

4.) Realism- having a mindset where you focus on the negatives of a girl instead of her positives.
