Yeah sure, and I think your personality plays a big part in that. People who are naturally bubbly and outgoing will probably have less "off" days because they're just always talking to people anyway. Quieter people who are perhaps more reserved in their "most natural state", so to speak, might have days where they retreat into their shell a bit more often. Personally, I have to be up for gaming and some days it can take me quite a lot - listening to music which gets me pumped, chatting to lots of friends, forcing myself to chat to strangers in shops etc. and smile more and even then I can sometimes be a miserable bastard haha. But just take advantage of the good days and try to keep as upbeat as you can when you feel a bit off.
