Short story is I'm a big afc and yeh i know what i did wrong in this situation but trying to salvage it if i can.

Been texting and hung out twice with a girl from work but i fucked up cuz of some drunk texting.

I got her flowers and wrote her a little sexy note before I went away for a couple days cuz I like to do that kind of shit out of the blue even to girls i hardly know. It works and girls love it and this girl loved it and started texting me that same night alot. Anyway that night i was a little drunk and i guess cause of the wedding setting i was at I started talking about fairytale romance and stuff like that. (hit me please). she started getting colder and colder after that (2 weeks ago) and finnally today at work I went over and said whats up and she rushed the conversation and ended it with "see you around" and walked away. I could be mistaken but it sounded like she was brushing me off.

Anyway I wanna text her one more time before I move on to the next one cuz her butt is SO fine and she actually has intelligent conversations with me unlike most of the other dumb girls that we all know so well.

I was thinking something along the lines of " hey i'm getting the feeling your not interested in hanging with me and that's ok, I had a great time when we went to the movies so I would like to do something like that again let me know if you change your mind and I'm glad we met

Shes Costa rican and sucks at English so don't add any big words lol

What makes you think that she is interested in you? Because she took the flowers?

To me, all this seems like is that you bought some presents for your colleague that you have a crush on, she took it so it wasn't awkward and then ignored your attempts of assuming you are dating her.

At least kiss her (or something else that equally mutual) before you start making threads like this then it will qualify as a true sticking point.

Please move on, don't shit where you eat. Approach some strangers instead. You're not experienced enough for this type of seduction at work.

Do not send that message. You already appear too needy, like WAAAY too needy and that is hurting your chances big time. You need to play it cool, completely cut off contact for now, and see what happens in a week or so at the EARLIEST. Then come back to us.

Yea, don't send flowers to a girl you're not in a committed relationship with.

A girl I work with received flowers from some guy, and the first thing I did when I walked over to her desk yesterday was say, "Stalker?"

And she was like, "Yes."

It shows you don't actually know what's up when it comes to dating, at all.

I suppose it COULD work if a girl thought you were otherwise pretty boss, knew you could get other girls, and just thought you were absolutely smitten with her - but it's still giving her a ton of power over the interaction, and it has a high, high, high, high chance (I'd say 95% of cases) of coming off too needy.

It's been a little more than week and i haven't been talking to her other than the occasional hey at work nothing more. I can tell she's a little wtf that i've been so cold. She definetly did like me before so i'm pretty sure there's still something there but I'm not sure what my next move should be. I went to the club this weekend and realized I really enjoy being single so i was thinking of telling her that and that i just want to be friends. Then when we hangout make some moves. Thoughts?

If you tell her you want to be friends just to hang out and then try to make some moves your going to get shut down. You have already shown your hand by sending flowers and notes if she was into it she would let you know. Just be cool around her at work, make conversations but always be the one to end them. Don't continue to chase, if she contacts you cool, if not there are plenty of women out there that you don't have to see everyday at work. GOOD LUCK
