The Truth

Despite what some marketers in the community would like you to believe, looks do matter. You don't have to have a perfect Adonis Ratio body like Brad Pitt but you do need to be good looking enough that the woman your talking too is willing to fuck you. For 90% of the guys out there getting to this point is not an impossible task. The following is a brief run down on how to massively increase your physical attractiveness.

Becoming Handsome

1) The first step is to go look in a mirror and make a mental list of anything and everything you find that makes yourself ugly. Crooked and yellow teeth? Acne? Bags under your eyes? Receding hairline? Too Fat? Too Skinny? Whatever the problems are you are going to first work on fixing these things. See a dentist, get some acne wash, get more sleep, shave your head, hit the gym, etc. Many guys will find that once they take care of the simple things that make them less than handsome they actually become quite good looking.

2) Sign up for the gym. Its been said that if you have a killer body it doesn't much matter what your face looks like. While not 100% true there is much truth to that statement. Most guys think they need to have HUGE muscles and spend hours upon hours in the gym every week and even take steroids. You don't. The most attractive body type (to the majority of women) is actually not that hard to gain and wont require the use of any drugs. I could describe what the majority of women find most attractive but a picture is worth a 1000 words...

I know, I know... thats not what body building magazines and websites (both of which tries to sell us lots of expensive supplements) tell us is the most attractive but in reality, that body type is pretty damn close to what the majority of women find very sexy.

3) Fix your posture. Take two guys, twins, and have one with good posture and the other with bad posture and then have women rate their physical attractiveness. This has been done before (multiple times in fact) and studies always show that the guy with better posture is always rated higher and in some cases.... much higher. Again, I don't feel like typing 1000 words so here is a picture:

Fix your posture and you will become better looking to women.

4) Dress better. Dressing better is one of the best and quickest things you can do to instantly become more attractive. Most guys, especially men in the USA, don't dress anywhere near as good as they could and should. Dressing better can do wonders for your appearance. Whole books have been dedicated to this subject so Im not going to go in depth. Instead go buy a book on the topic. PM me for a recommendation.

Basically though, wear edgy clothes that shows off your sexy body (you've been hitting the gym, right?), that fits you right, and that matches your skin tone.

5) Find a good hair style. Its astounding how much men underestimate the power of hair. Different hair styles can actually change the way your face appears. Hair styles can also hide flaws such as a big forehead or an over sized nose. Your goal is to find a sexy hair style that makes your face look as symmetrical as possible. Again, so much could be written about hair that I cant, and wont, write about it all in this short article. The best thing to do is to go to a very high end salon and have a gay guy give you something sexy.

Simply tell him you want a haircut that will go with your face and that makes you look sexy. Sit back, relax, and let him work his magic.

6) The next step is to get a good facial hair style that makes you look masculine and also makes your face look symmetrical. While your at the salon getting your hair done ask the gay stylist to help you with this too and to give you suggestions.

7) Groom well. This is so god damn important! Brush your teeth, keep your facial hair neatly kept, clip your nails, trim your noise, ear, and extra body hairs. Wear lotions and just in general keep yourself clean.

8) Have attractive skin. Get a tan! being too white is not very attractive. On the other end of the spectrum, being too tan is also unattractive. Go out, have fun in the sun, and you will be good to go.

In addition to having a tan you want your skin to look healthy. Most guys don't drink enough water and they dont know it. Eight glasses a day will make your skin look vibrant and healthy. In addition to that its important that you get enough sleep as this too will make your skin, and general appearance, look better.

9) Don't smell like the inside of your ass hole. I shouldn't have to say this but smelling good is a MUST. If you smell like a pile of shit don't be surprised when every women rejects you.

Conclusion

This article is intended to be a quick run down on how to massively improve your looks. With some creativity and a little work almost any guy can become at least average and many guys can even become handsome and good looking.

This is true; HOWEVER, and this is VERY IMPORTANT: You DO have to workout like a bodybuilder (heavy weight, etc.) and build MUCH MORE MASS THAN YOU THINK to get even the body you linked.

I think a more accurate picture for #2 would be someone less toned and muscular but it's true, women would much rather a body closer to that than they would a massive body builder.

You can actually do a lot of the work at home with simple dumbells but you'll need a lot of cardio. Obviously a gym is better but if you get a pair of 20 or 25s you'll begin to notice a difference in your muscle mass after a week(That's if you don't do heavy lifting much at all). If you're overweight you'll even see a difference in how your body shapes up after doing simple lifting(You'll feel more toned all over and your fat won't be as loose and noticable).

If you don't think you're ready for the gym or lack the confidence look up some simple routines you can do with simple dumbells, spend 30minutes a day doing them for a month and you'll notice a considerable difference. With this knowledge and these routines set you'll find getting into the gym much easier as you'll know exactly what you want to do or where to start off and keep doing what you normally do. So, if it's an exceptionally busy week at your gym and there are no trainers available to assess you or put you on a plan you can get the most out of it and do routines you already know.

Add to that list diet, you are what you eat. Eat foods that are healthy and stay away from things such as sodas and junk food. It will impact your mood if you eat well and on top of that you will look great too. Some foods can make your skin shinier.

Not amazing i know, but the differences are huge, You just feel good (from eating a good diet) and you just feel sexy each time you lift heavy weights. I get way more IOI's these days as opposed to back in the day where it is rare as rocking horse shit.

Agreed. Signing up for a gym is one thing... But alot of guys don't know how to work out to get the results that the want. They spend an hour on the treadmill and work their abs and go home. If you want a lean, muscular build... heavy lifting is where it's at. Eat like you are big... lift like you are bigger. Plus, heavy lifting releases massive amounts of testosterone into your body. Especially squats and dead lifts.

Just be careful with heavy lifting if you're going to do it... I fucked up my lower back a few years ago doing squats and it still hurts to this day. Don't make this mistake as you will have lower back pain FOREVER!

Also as far as acne goes. Cutting out dried fruits from my diet has helped substantially. Just a small tip for anyone who has acne.

Great thread, I can skip the hair steps as I don't have any hair. Does it matter a lot? I have no eyebrows or eyelashes either.

I recently started working out again and I'm following a simple bodybuilding routine. Do any of you here prefer a powerlifting routine over a BB one? My BB routine does include squats and stiff legged dead lifts.

To the transformation guy: it does kinda look like you just shaved your body hair, oiled up your skin and sucked in your stomach, but it already looks better to be fair.
