What I would like to know from her is how legit is this so-called boyfriend or some excuse she just gave...

But in this cause, I would simply ask her how's everything going on between her and her boyfriend. Also, let's be real, long-distance relationship don't work as much as we like to believe. There are temptation everywhere all the time...not to mention more on the boyfriend cheating on her than her cheating on him.

If things are going great between her and her boyfriend...

Personally, I wouldn't bother sleeping with a girl with a boyfriend, unless I know things are going south between the 2 love-birds...then I would slowly make a move to eventually get her to break up with her boyfriend.
