Basically I'm 18 years old and am currently still in college, my english teacher is in her mid-twenties, (around 25 or 26) and incredibly hot. We have really good banter and it seems like she responds quite positively even when I make it really obvious that I'm coming on to her. How do I take this to the next level and bang her? Thanks in advance for the advice.

Don't fuck with college. She is part of college. Also, what do you mean "college"? Are you from the UK where college isn't really college but a PLC? If that's the case you can get kicked out for hitting on a teacher and trying to escalate it. It can easily be called sexual harassment.

If anything happens it can't ever be instigated by you. It has to be her so just shut off all attraction you have for her and treat her as a friend. If she asks to go out for drinks then fair game, otherwise hell the fuck no.

ask her for extra help outside of class and see if she escalates at that time. In this case onus of liability is on her, not you.

If you wait around passively for her to ask you out for drinks you can be assured that will never happen, and not just because you are only 18

The guy in my school who banged the hot 26yo teacher asked for a ride home and just went for it. I think they are still together but they never told the school about it.
