There's a hot new barmaid just started working at my local bar. We haven't talked all that much, as I only met her last week, but she seems cool, funny, and the banter is generally good.

We've also Facebook chatted a few times and it's been ok. But it's always ME who has initiated contact so far, and I'd like to change that. Both online and in person, I'm struggling to get our interactions past the fluff talk, normal, "niceties" stage, which is frustrating.

A "problem" at this particular bar is that whilst most of the barmen are cool (I know them all), they're all big player types, which isn't my case yet! So they basically AMOG me in a "nice" way, whenever I try to talk to the girl!

How do I make interactions with this girl more flirty/sexual, on Facebook AND in the bar, knowing that the player barmen are probably gaming her as well!

Gaming hired guns is tough. You can never really interpret her interest level because she is paid to be nice to you and give you IOIs. (That INCLUDES on facebook and outside of the actual bar). You need to probably get more experience to be able to know if her IOIs are genuine or not. The only way to find out in this case is to see how receptive she is to getting together with you, alone, outside of the work environment.

I think I'm just gonna be quite direct over Facebook and shoot her a message to see if she feels like hanging out with me away from the bar!

Helpful hints;

Give her a nickname; This sets you apart from anyone else, even your AMOGs, it's personal between you and her.

Be bold and forward, she gets hit on by ass kissing meek men 20,000 time a day.

Keep complements a little sideways, she hears your hot/beautiful/gorgeous, more often than that. e.g. "You remind me of a doll my little sister had when she was little."

Her: "Oh really?"

You: "yeah, I was mad at her one day and threw it in the trash."

Her: "Would you throw me in the trash?!?"

You: "Naw, you have better boobs."

Quick update:

I talked to her a little bit when at the bar with my friends. Just minimal chat.

At the end of the night, I suggested us getting together away from the bar to hang out. She said she "didn't have time", but then said "maybe, we'll see...."

I took this as almost certainly not interested! Am I right? Should I just give up on this one?
