I have read and seen on video that many mpuas call breaking rapport and qualification the two most essential skills in getting a girl, would it be possible for anyone to put a video example of breaking rapport so we could have an idea of what they are talking about ? (and when and how to come back in rapport with the girl)

My take on breaking rapport:

Not essential, but teasing girl's and busting their balls is a good thing. The problem in this community is:

Most PUA's do it too much which has the opposite effect and repulse's the girl(s). MODERATION IS KEY.

Yeah, i'm guilty of doing it too much.

Had a girl begging me to head out with her after initially breaking rapport with her but I just went above and beyond(Somewhat hammered). Chick was on her high horse so I felt it was justified and kept at it. It works very well but you need to learn to stop even if she's high up on her pony otherwise it crosses the fine line of being interested and wanting you around and just not wanting to talk to you.

Yes. Breaking rapport works in situations like GamesSN describes. However, as PEBBLE pointed out, it's not essential and I agree if you have a very strong sexual vibe in the first place.

One point to ponder is that if a very strong sexual/seductive vibe does not get the girl to isolate with you to your place or her place within 24 hours, you'll just have to try other techniques or eject and sarge another girl.

Breaking rapport can make girls horny-- a lot.

But as Pebble and GamesSN already pointed out, calibration/moderation is very important. Good calibration and moderation will only come after a certain number of experiences and that's a lot.

So sarge more girls until your calibration is perfect. Breaking rapport is one technique that will get you laid a lot when you get so good at it.

Adam Lyons is an authority in breaking rapport techniques. Get or search his videos and you'll be fine. I have an Adam Lyons audio snippet that came along with a PUA product I've bought before and the breaking rapport tips I learned from that audio are priceless.

I think the 2 big sticking points that people should really prioritise are the common sticking points that without experience of them both you WILL NOT get laid:

Approach Anxiety and Escalation anxiety.

Those 2 are the eggs and flour of a cake in seduction, in my opinion.

Qualification, breaking rapport, leading, state, etc etc are all good and all but they are just sprinkles on the cake and should be way down on your priority list.

There is a reason why these 2 sticking points (AA & EA) require the most anxiety, it is because it is the difference between getting laid or not. Every pickup forum is filled to the brim with these 2 sticking points.

Realising this changed my game forever.

I guess it isn't seduction related, but good logistics are probably one on the most important too, i dont know how anybody expects to become a ladies man when they live with their parents 500 miles away from where you pick up and date girls.

Very brilliant insight Pebble on the Escalation Anxiety part. I've realized that only now that you've mentioned it. I take the logistics part for granted since 7-11 is just one house away and church and a big college are just a few minutes walk.
